Help! What addon is this?

It's the scrolling bar that constantly shows cooldowns in the above video.

I've also seen it in Ensidia's Algalon first kill video (showing the hunter cooldowns scrolling across).

I have never been able to find out what it was called and forgot about it until I looked for some videos lately.

Thanks for the help.|||ForteXorcist (or possibly CoolLine)|||mikes scrolling battle text will do the same thing.|||Incorrect. Whilst it will warn you about skills coming off cooldown, it will not show the timer bar, which is what makes Forte or Coolline so useful.
