[:1]I'm wondering if there is an addon that allows you to view your alts' quest logs when you're logged into another character on your account. I had a trawl through Curse and there are lots of quest addons, but I couldn't find one that did what I want.
Just lazy, I suppose....... but I group a lot for quests with my husband's characters and often one of us is asking the other 'does your Warlock have the quest So-and-so?'. It would be good to be able to take a look without logging out of one character and into another.|||From what I can remember, they're aimed at either Professions or Possessions (ie.g inventory/bank slots). Offhand, I can't think of a single one that would include quest log.
Went to check one I remembered, and it seems that it does support what you want to do, so... have a gander @ http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-a...altoholic.aspx|||Quote:

Thanks very much. Unfortunately it offers a mass of information on alts that probably includes how clean their socks are, but not a list of the quests each has. Ah, well...... I said that I was lazy!|||I linked the addon specifically because of the following:
Quote:
Quest Log: See the quest logs of all your alts, as well as an indication of which alts are on a specific quest. Clicking on a quest link in the chat log will tell you which alts are on that quest.
That did seem to be what you were asking for. If it wasn't, do clarify.|||It's an option for this one:

Well, I installed it, and couldn't find this function. Everything else imaginable, but not quest logs. I'll have another look, though. It's a complex thing to sort out, this addon and I'll admit I was short of time when I did it.|||The one I pasted is a questlog replacement and if you have the "alt quest tracking" turned on it will put a colored number next to the quest in your log. If you mouse over the quest title is tells you which alts are on the same quest.
What it won't do, which I think is what you are looking for, is tell you which quests your alts have even if you don't currently have that quest. For example, if your current character is on quest A, B, and C it will tell you that your alt is on A and C but it won't go on to tell you that alt also has D.|||I finally got time to spend a while exploring Altoholic and it really is a good and useful addon. It gives all sorts of information on your alts: their gear, their skills, many things. And that DOES include quests. It's a good way to see exactly what quests all your alts have. My apologies for missing that first time I looked at it.|||froggelet, in altoholic, go to the characters tab, and the 3rd button along is a quests button. shows you their whole quest log|||Quote:

Thanks, yes, found that. The more I explore this addon, the more I like it. It gives all sorts of useful information on your alts.
