Customisation for Fishing

This is most likely possible but I'm not really too smart when it comes to customizing stuff. I was wondering if I could customize my UI so that when I equipped my fishing pole, it would change my key bindings. Like when I fish, I like to click the scroll button to cast...but when I'm not fishing I like to use that button for autorun.

Any help would be much appreciated.
