Grid guide?

I installed Grid as many people have told me it's a must have for a healer in raids. I'm having some issues figuring it out. The interface is not a straight forward as Healbot. Anyone know a good guide for setting it up? If your not a druid and don't have multiple HoTs to keep track of on each target, Xperl works fine and is easier to setup. You can set up Xperl so it only shows the raid frames, and you'll still have Blizz's party and target etc frames.

It's a druid specific guide, but even if you aren't a druid it should still help alot.
