I came across this UI screenshot while browsing http://wowui.incgamers.com/?p=mod&m=7118. Unfortunately, it is in another language and I cannot for the life of me figure out what addon is being used for the big and nice buff icons in the upper, right corner with timers.

Thank you in advance!|||The boss debuff type ones in the top right (paralysierendes...) looks like its part of Deus Vox encounters.
The blue buff bars are probably Satrina Buff Bars.
