Target assist mod?

I wanted to know if there is a mod out there that can assist in setting your target. In big fights it can be a pain trying to get the right target. Either tabbing or trying to click on the target isn't fast enough, and not 100%.

Is there something out there that can help me target a mob that has a certain raid target on it for example, like the skull? If not, how do you do it?

Thanks.|||No, you cannot automate any kind of targeting.|||Closest thing would be a macro to target your tanks target. I've made macro's to hit things like shackles and such also.

There isn't one to target marked targets afaik, however.|||What I usually do is to target the main tank, press 'f' (assist), to swap to his target and then I usually have the mob with the skull.

DelBoy|||I use oRa2. It displays Main Tanks (and main assists) with the raidicon on the bar...so when you know your raid kill order is Skull, X, triangle while nipple and moon are sheeped and diamond is banished, you just click the MT frames and aquire a new target from either the MT or MA

:D Yeah, but we got him. And before I hear "your dps suxx" comments, I am the demon phase tank in sth like 360 shadowress buffed

I don't consider my UI "nice" in the sense of so many UI's that get posted. Many favor Pitbull and whatever, but it makes everything so square and cluttered. Trinity (using the old version) can keep many buttons hidden...and the rest I just try to moves as much from my view as possible...which is easier on a widescreen monitor...|||Found this great description posted on another site (that, in accordance with forum rules, shall remain nameless) and it not only amused me but seemed uncannily accurate...
