The T10 Elemental Shaman 2 Set Bonus decreases the cooldown of your Elemental Mastery by 2 seconds every time you cast Lightning Bolt or Chain Lightning.
I've tried making an addon myself to display the time left on the CD, and the estimated count of LB and CL's required to reduce the CD to 0, but I cant even find where to start with any kind of panel or anything.
If someone could please make either a moveable panel for this, or a FuBar addon, that would be greatly appreciated.
Features:
-Display Cooldown of Elemental Mastery
-Show estimated number of Lightning Bolts or Chain Lightning's before the CD is at zero (would have to update every second to account for normal cooldown reduction)
I would prefer a FuBar module for this if at all possible, just so I dont have another thing crowding my UI and I have room on my FuBar anyway.
